Dutchess Capital was founded in 2019 by Anne Bakx and Noa Leijdesdorff, who met during interviews in London’s competitive investment banking sector. Recognizing the need for dedicated development of female talent, they established Dutchess Capital to provide a platform where ambitious young women can grow and thrive. Our mission is to bridge the gap between female talent and the finance industry, fostering a community where women are empowered to lead and innovate.
